Ingredients

- Do not freeze.

Reconstitution Information

- Reconstitution must be performed by a qualified healthcare professional using aseptic technique and appropriate sterile transfer equipment suitable for sealed vials.
- Use only the supplied 5 mL diluent.
- Prepare a clean and sanitized work surface before handling the product.
- Inspect the lyophilized vial and supplied diluent vial before use.
- Do not use either vial if its protective seal is broken or damaged, or if its contents appear compromised.
- Remove the protective caps to expose the vial stoppers without removing or damaging the aluminum seals.
- Clean both vial stoppers with a sterile alcohol swab and allow them to air-dry completely.
- Using a new sterile syringe and sterile transfer needle, withdraw the complete 5 mL volume of supplied diluent.
- Slowly transfer the supplied diluent into the lyophilized vial.
- Direct the diluent gently against the inner wall of the vial where possible to minimize foaming and unnecessary agitation.
- Remove the syringe and needle after the complete diluent volume has been transferred.
- Dispose of the used syringe and needle in an approved sharps container.
- Gently swirl or roll the vial until the lyophilized component is fully dissolved.
- Do not shake the vial vigorously.
- Allow the solution to settle and inspect it carefully before use.
- Do not use the reconstituted product if visible contamination, abnormal discoloration, persistent cloudiness or unexpected particles are observed.
- After reconstitution, the final volume is 5 mL.
- After reconstitution, the nominal final concentration is 4 mg/mL.
- The appropriate route of use, quantity, frequency and application method must be determined by the qualified healthcare professional responsible for the protocol.
- The supplied dropper should be used only when appropriate to the selected professional protocol.

Storage After Reconstitution
